Antony Blinken meets with Israeli PM Netanyahu

Antony Blinken, the United States Secretary of State, met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem on May 17, 2023. The meeting was part of Blinken's visit to the Middle East, which also included stops in Egypt and Jordan.


The two leaders discussed a range of issues, including the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Palestinians, Iran's nuclear program, and regional security. Blinken's visit to the Middle East was aimed at promoting peace and stability in the region. He met with leaders from a number of countries, including Egypt, Jordan, Israel, and the Palestinian Authority.
